1. Master program: Electronic Science and Technology

Students in this master program are advised by our faculty members, in which 50 are tenured professors with strong research and engineering experiences. The program aims to train students into qualifed resarchers or engineers to perform scientific research, design and develpment in the aera of electonics and electrical engineering. Graduates are required to acquire information, communicate and deliver ideas with billingual skills. Independent research, critical thinking and innovation abilities are anticipated for the graduates.

2. Master program: Integrated Circuit Engineering


This program helps our candidates to be IC engineering specialists or compound talents of engineering management. University and local IC corporates play the role of advisors together to provide both academic and industrial views for the students.


2.5 years.

- Analogue and mixed IC design

3. Master program: Electronic and Communication Engineering

This program aims to cultivate students to be senior specialists on signal processing, information processing, communication systems, EM and microwave technologies. Graduates are expected to use both Chinese and English to learn latest technologies and solve practical problems. This program also encourages related coporates to take part in the advising work.

4. Doctoral program: Electronic Science and Technology

The doctoral program is supported by our 45 doctoral advisors, in which many of them are winners of the highly competitive national and provincial talent projects. The major of Electronic Science and Technology has been the Key Major of Zhejiang Province long since. There are 1 key laboratory entitled by the MOE and 2 key laboratories by the Zhejiang province government to ensure the experimental needs for research. 

PhD candidates are expected to build solid and comprehensive understanding on one's research area. He or she should learn how to carry on independent scientific research, propose novel ideas and achieve innovative and honest outcomes.
