男,197811月生,博士,研究员。2008年获中科院上海微系统与信息技术研究所学士和博士学位。2008年至2012年先后在瑞典查尔姆斯技术大学和英国贝尔法斯特女王大学工作。2010年荣获欧盟WP7玛丽居里资深研究员Marie Curie experienced Researcher”称号。回国之后,先后主持和参与了超过2000万元的科研项目。目前在研课题包括国家自然基金青年基金“基于片上变压器的微波单片集成电路线性化技术研究”(2014-2016;中科院重点部署项目“风云四号卫星毫米波辐射计芯片”(2014-2015;上海市科技创新计划EBand无线高速毫米波芯片关键技术研究”(2013-2015;国家863计划“5G-毫米波超大容量室内无线接入技术研究与验证”(2015-2016)和ZZ探索项目“100GBPs毫米波通信链路”(2015-2016)。

张健研究员长期从事毫米波集成电路及无线通信系统设计的研发工作。作为主要撰写人编著了两部专业著作的章节。在国际期刊和会议上发表了超过30篇文章。

联合华为,推动E-Band(71-76GHz/81-86GHz)成为中国5G(第五代移动通信)的毫米波通信候选频段。在20166月,击败Macom /Triquint/ Gotmic等国际大厂,赢得华为5G毫米波移动基站样机射频芯片的商业招标合同,,实现了华为毫米波芯片国内产商零的突破
