Haibin Yu received his Ph.D. in Communication and Information System from Zhejiang University in 2007. He is currently an associate professor in the College of Electronics and Information, Hangzhou Dianzi University. He was a visiting scholar at the Department of Neurosurgery, University of Pitt**urgh from November 2016 to November 2017. His research interests include computer vision, image processing, machine learning, multi-sensor fusion, and marine electronic information system. He has undertaken or participated in a number of scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key Research and Development Plan, the Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province, and the Science and Technology Plan of Zhejiang Province. In recent years, he has published more than 40 academic papers in domestic and international journals and academic conferences, of which nearly 20 have been indexed by SCI and EI.
