吴章婷,副研究员,博士,研究方向为二维半导体的光谱学、电学和光电器件,在《Nano Research》、《Nanophotonics》、《Chemical Society Reviews》、Nanotechnology等国际期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者发表多篇SCI论文,主讲课程《固体物理基础》和《半导体器件物理》。

201712月,东南大学物理学院物理学专业毕业,获博士学位。

20181月,进入杭州电子科技大学从事科研教学工作。

201811月获得浙江省自然科学基金青年基金资助。

20198月获得国家自然科学基金青年基金资助。
