宋开新，男，教授，博士生导师，电子信息学院电子能量转换与应用研究团队负责人，浙江省中青年学科带头人培养对象，校“三育人”先进教师。2007年毕业于浙江大学，获工学博士学位。2013-2014 美国密歇根大学访问学者，2018-2019 英国谢菲尔德大学高级访问学者。目前主要研究兴趣聚焦在：5G移动通讯介质陶瓷材料设计与器件加工（基站滤波器、天线、微带线、波导与基板等）、光电照明器件与材料、离子电池、储能陶瓷电容器与电路系统设计等领域。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、省部级项目2项，发表SCI论文100余篇，授权发明专利20余项。
